Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
